Liverpool City Region’s Walking & Cycling Commissioner, Simon O’Brien, swaps his bike helmet for a director’s hat in this short film promoting Cycle to School Week. Joined by the brilliant young cyclists from St Oswald’s Primary School in Old Swan, Simon drafts in some young stars to inspire more kids (and parents!) to get pedalling safely to school.
