Rainbows Charity 2021

We took part in the fundraiser HEADS UP FOR KATE- EVEREST CLIMB in memory of the Headteacher of Christ the King Primary School, Kate Griffin. The fundraiser raised money for Rainbows UK, a charity that supports children through bereavement. This is an organisation that has supported many of our children throughout the years. We raised £170! Thank you to anyone who donated!

NSPCC Number Day – 7th May 2021

We had a fantastic ‘Number Day’ last Friday and managed to raise £245.00 for the NSPCC! Well done and thank you to everybody for your donations!

Captain Tom 100 Challenge – 30th April 2021

Our school took part in a national initiative to celebrate what would have been Captain Tom’s 101st birthday. Following Captain Tom’s lead, this challenge invited schools to do 100 of any activity – this could be building 100 paper aeroplanes, 100 laps of the playground or completing 100-star jumps!

Wear Blue for Bobby Monday – 15th March 2021

St Oswald’s wore something blue to raise money for the Bobby Colleran Trust and learned about road safety. Well done and thank you to everyone who took part.
